Código fuente que no se ve bien en el Explorer

    Hola

    Estoy rediseñando mi web, ya que la que tengo se ve bien en el Explorer y no en el Firefox. Nunca he podido arreglarla, por lo que he estado diseñando una nueva, esta vez intentanto tener en cuenta los dos navegadores.

    Ahora resulta que la que estoy haciendo se ve de maravilla en Firefox y en el Explorer no. No se la razón.

    Espero a ver si pueden mirarlo un poco a ver que es lo que pasa.

    Hola Kahlito pues no tengo nada subido todavía. El problema que tiene es que no se ven algunas imagenes del fondo de las tablas y otras que tengo insertadas que no se ven en el Explorer, pero que si se ven en el Firefox. Es el problema que me está dando.

    a simple vista algo que me ha fallado a veces es el usar mayusculas en el nombre de las carpetas asi como tu tienes Imageshome/imag.jpg.
    Otro problema mas comun es que tu ahi tienes

    <tr background="Imageshome/imag.jpg">

    si adentro hay dos celdas a veces no se aplica y he tenido que poner el backgroun en cada celda, prueba esas dos cosas :D

    TAmbien resulta que cuando se pone mal los background, ambos no interpretan correctamente, asi que mejor lo usas en codigo css, que es mas seguro y los dos leen correctamente.

    Ahora que programa usas para la web.

    Lo de las mayúsculas fue lo primero que pensé sin embargo como me dijo que aun no tenia nada subido pues claro no tenia porque ya que sin subirlo a la web se ven sin problemas.

    Tambien coincido en el tema de css faraón.

    Esperemos que Luisa_114 nos diga que tal le va.

    No habia pensado en lo de que las carpetas con mayúsculas daba problemas. Eso lo arreglaré enseguida. Esto de aprender una sola y sin manuales es complicado.

    Con respecto al css ya me lo han recomendado, lo que pasa es que de html se lo básico y para hacer mis cosillas en la web me ayudo con Dreamweaver que lo hace casi todo. Me recomendaron un manual en la web y pronto me pondré con el a ver si puedo mejorar algo de la web.

    Cuando lo arregle les digo algo más.

    pues al parecer
    no tiene problemas yo cheque con los 2 navegadores
    y aparentemente no muestra ningun error
    tambien puede ser lo de las mayusculas
    deves tener cuidado si en alguna imagen tambien pones alguna "ñ"
    ya que la imagen no se mirara . por otra parte
    tal vez sea por que aun no se han subido las imagenes
    yo creo que si las pones por ejemplo...
    <img src="http://arteygrafica.com/imagenes/postalcanariass.jpg" width="112" height="85">
    en vez de :

    <img src="imagenes/postalcanariass.jpg" width="112" height="85">
    pudieramos ver la imagenes
    y ya asi poderte dar una solucion un poko mas acertada a tu problema
    yo tambien manejo el dreamweaver
    y pues ya tengo un poko de practica ..
    espero todo salga bien

    Hola, acabo de hacer unos cuantos cambios y he vuelto a dejar de ver las imagenes, la verdad es que no entiendo que es lo que pasa. Al cambiar la carpeta a letras minusculas y luego hacer algo que no recuerdo el que, se vió bien. Ahora ha vuelto a verse todo mal. Estoy que me alo de los pelos.

    A simple vista no se aprecia mucho... pero he notado que al definir el color del fondo no simpre lo pones igual, algunas veces le pones el '#' y otras no...

    Y en cuanto a las mayúsculas o minúsculas, te sugiero que te decidas por las minúsculas simpre, porque veo que usas la carpeta "imagenes" en minúsculas, y usas "Imageshome" con mayúscula inicial, ojo... para ver si son correctos los nombres

    background="Imageshome/baner.jpg"

    Y sobre lo que dijo Quique es muy común ese error del fondo en <tr> y no muestra el fondo por eso mismo

    También creo que sería más facil ver el error de las imagenes que dices si hubiera forma de que las subieras, aunque sea en un apartado temporal y poder comparar nosotros con ambos navegadores

    Tranquila Luisa... Sé como te sientes... ya he tenido esos momentos, y como dicen acá en México... ¡Con calma y nos amanecemos! así verás más fácilmente el error :)
