couldn't create child process

Tengo problemas con mi Sitio, esto sucede en momentos erráticos, el mensaje que me envia es

Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

En el cpanel, en errores tengo lo siguiente:

Eso Crei,,, les dejie a mi Proveedor, y me comenta que ya aumento la memoria, pero aun así esporadicamente tengo el problema,

Ahora me dice que necesita el acceso a mi aplicación,,, para verificar el error??, como ven ??
