Error con appserv 500 Internal server...

Hola

estaba provando hoy un script y me salio el siguiente error:

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, [email protected] and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Despues de esto voy y checo el error.log

y me sale los siguiente:

[Mon May 26 12:03:26 2008] [alert] [client 127.0.0.1] C:/AppServ/www/prueba/.htaccess: Invalid command 'RewriteEngine', perhaps misspelled or defined by a module not included in the server configuration


como puedo reparar esto?


el archivo .htaccess contiene lo siguiente:

RewriteEngine on
RewriteRule ^detail-([0-9]+)-(.*)$ site_detail.php?listing=$1

 

a mi también me paso lo mismo con un cms

lo solucione borrando el .htaccess, no se si sea la solución adecuada, la consecuencia fue que no funciona el Mod rewrite

espero a ver cual es la solución adecuada..

 

ya lo solucione

busque el archivo httpd.config dentro de la carpeta apache

y venia algo asi como

#LoadModule rewrite_module modules/mod_rewrite.so

SOLO le quite el # del principio reinicie y ya funciono o al menos eso creo XD jajajajajaa
