Instalar FreeNX Server en ubuntu ????

Hola buenas hace poco compre un servidor y la verdad me viene muy bien que mi servidor tenga entorno grafico no solo ( consola ) asi que decidi instalar FreeNX Server en ubuntu server 8.10.

Completo la instalacion segun la guia de http://www.guia-ubuntu.org/index.php?title=FreeNX

pero cuando voy a conectar desde windows no conecta

No se si esque la usuarios tienen que estar en un grupo especial o algo asi porque .... no lo entiendo ni siquiera conecta poniendo `` roo ´´ y la contraseña

espero que alguien de esta comunidad me pueda ayudar.

yo tengo ubuntu 8.10 y me conecto sin problemas desde una maquina windows y teniendo una ip dinámica, que raro lo de tu error yo seguí otra guía creo recordar.
