Mail Queue Manager (Cola de Correos) CPANEL

Estimados. Tengo WHM Y CPANEL,

Actualmente quiero ver quien pria estar enviando Spam, y entro al WHM a la opcion Mail Queue Manager y dentro de esa opcion me aparecen un monton de correos :

Mi consuta es que pasa con estos mails, son spam ? los correos que quedan aca en la cola son por que no pudieron salr o porque son spam como les menciono mas arriba.

hola como estas en View Relayers te va decir la cantidad de envios que hacen los dominios en forma individual esa lista son los emails que fueron rebotados por el remitente por motivos que la direccion de email no existe o el servidor esta muy ocupado casi siempre es la primera opcion como soluciona esto es simple te fijas View Relayers cual dominio esta haciendo correo masivos y vas Modify an Account y le seteas a esta cuenta la cantidad de envíos por hora o lo podes también en forma general desde Tweak Settings ---Mail
