Servidor CentOS se bloquea solo (Plesk 10.1)

Resulta que desde hace tiempo tengo problemas con un servidor dedicado, está instalado bajo centOS y plesk panel 10.

Desde hace unos días el servidor se bloquea sin motivo aparente varias veces al día, los dominios con webs en html responden pero las que usan consultas a bases de datos mysql aparece un mensaje de error.

Si intento acceder por ssh el servidor tarda en responder y a veces ni responde, tengo que acceder por el sistema de emergencia (puerto serial) y reiniciarlo.

Creia que era el mail porque teniamos problemas con los handler, no podia eliminar cuentas de correo ni dominios en el servidor, pero una vez resuelto sigue bloqueándose.

¿Donde puedo mirar en donde radica el error?

Por mucho que reviso, todo sigue igual, hace amagos de caerse y vuelve a liberarse sola un monton de memoria. Además, se activan solos muchos procesos httpd.
Adjunto los listados de procesos.

 

Y si tratas de identificar el sitio que te esta ocasionando esa serie de procesos http
Pero dudo mucho que los muchos procesos httpd hagan que tengas que reiniciar la maquina
Ya hiciste o mandaste hacer una verificacion de Hw...mas especificamente memoria?... nosotros tuvimos un caso de una maquina que se reiniciaba sola...y se trataba de un bloque de memoria defectuoso.

 

Tu problema viene del servidor de MySql, probablemente lo tienes con muy poca memoria o mal configurado. Tambien puede ser un proceso de un usuario que tiene mal indexada su DDBB

He ampliado las conexiones simultaneas de Mysql y parece que de momento se ha estabilizado el sistema.

Por otro lado, ahora tengo una serie de problemas al realizar una backup con el panel de plesk...

Me aparecen todas las backup como "Warnings" y los siguientes errores:

He omitido el nombre de los usuarios, emails y dominios
